MERZYO POS Backup Uploader · Effective 17 September 2026

1. What the uploader is

MERZYO POS Backup Uploader (the “uploader”) is an internal backup utility that Nicsily operates for its own use. It copies backup files created by MERZYO POS, Nicsily’s point-of-sale software, to Google Drive and checks that the copies are complete. It is not a public product or service. There is no sign-up, and it is not offered to anyone outside Nicsily.

2. Who may use it

Only Nicsily may use the uploader, and only with the Google account that Nicsily’s owner controls and uses for Nicsily’s business. By authorizing the uploader with a Google account, you confirm that you are permitted to do so on Nicsily’s behalf.

3. Permitted use

4. Google services

The uploader uses Google Drive through Google’s APIs. Use of Google Drive is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service. Nicsily is not affiliated with Google, and Google does not endorse the uploader.

5. Access and revocation

The Google account owner can revoke the uploader’s access at any time from their Google Account (myaccount.google.com/connections). After access is revoked, the uploader cannot start any new upload to that account. Files uploaded earlier stay in Google Drive until they are deleted.

6. No warranty

The uploader is provided “as is”. Nicsily does not promise that every backup will be uploaded, that uploads will always succeed, or that the uploader will be available at all times. Uploads can fail, for example if Google’s services are unavailable or access has been revoked. The uploader does not replace checking that backups exist and can be restored.

7. Changes and discontinuation

Nicsily may change, pause or stop the uploader at any time. If these terms change, this page and its effective date will be updated.

8. Privacy

How the uploader handles Google access and backup data is described in the Privacy Policy.
